We’ll communicate with you immediately if items are unavailable and suggest alternatives. We do not offer refunds if the item you requested is unavailable after we have conducted a search.
Do you search the parks for items before I pay the service fee? A service fee is required to search for the item. We will search the park for your requested item after the service fee is paid. Please note that if the item is unavailable, sold out, or out of stock, no refund will be issued. The service fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort involved in locating the item.
